The VEO 2 Pro 203CPV Carbon Fiber Tripod with VEO 2 PH-36 3-Way Pan-and-Tilt Head from Vanguard is a 3-section support with twist leg locks that you can disengage to extend the legs along with the rapid center column from a collapsed length of 22.2" to a maximum height of 57.5". Replacing the rapid center column with the low-angle adapter and splaying the legs to the lowest angle, you can position the 2.9 lb tripod low to the ground for macro or low-angle photography. The included PH-36 Arca-type head has a load capacity of 6.6 lb, and it is designed for still and video capture.
