The Samyang 8mm T3.8 Asph IF MC Fisheye CS VDSLR Lens Canon Fit is a manual focus, wide-angle fisheye lens designed for digital SLR cameras with an APS-C image sensor. The aspherical hybrid lens and multilayer anti-reflection coating ensures optical parameters are maintained at the highest possible level. Specially aimed at videographers, this VDSLR lens features a de-clicked aperture which ranges from T3.8-T22, providing a smooth, jump-free transition when filming. Fisheye lenses are great for special effects use where distortion and exaggerated perspectives are desired. This lens, when mounted onto a full-frame DSLR, will produce a picture with a semi-circular image.
