Tello features two antennaes for an extra stable 100m video transmission distance, and a high-capacity battery for uninterrupted flights up to 13 minutes long. It can take 5MP still photos or 720p HD video, with electronic image stabilisation for smooth footage.

You don't even need a dedicated controller - just download the Tello app to your smartphone and get piloting. Tello is also compatible with your smartphone VR headset, so you can fly with a breathtaking first-person view.

With a flight controller powered by DJI Flight Tech, you'll be performing amazing tricks in no time. By using the Throw & Go feature you can get started by just throwing the Tello up in the air. Use the easy app interface to perform flips with a touch of the screen, or Bounce Mode to have the Tello fly up and down from your hand automatically.

Super safe

With a lightweight yet durable design, Tello can be flown with confidence even by novice pilots. Auto takeoff and landing can be managed by a single button press. Low battery protection warns you when you need to safely land, while failsafe protection lands the drone even if you lose the connection.

Learn to fly

Tello is programmable with Scratch, making it a great learning tool. Scratch is an MIT developed coding system, designed to teach children and teens the basics of programming while having fun. More advanced users can employ the Tello SDK.
